Reflections on Michigander: Part 2

17 07 2012

We will continue our rider reflection with these video highlights form the 2011 Michigander.

If you’re looking to fill your summer with beaches, charming trails, attractions and activities, this family reminds us why the Michigander makes a great family vacation for riders of all ages. “This has definitely been one of our favorite rides,” said Florence, a participant from Alabama.

New to cycling and unsure off off-roading?  Whether you’ve got a road, hybrid or mountain bike, first year Michigander riders Bret and Brian let us know it’s nice to experience both the pavement and trailways options of the seven day tour.

The many SAG stops along the way provide riders with more than rest and refreshments and this video featuring Michigan Trails and Greenways Alliance executive director, Nancy Krupiarz, is a perfect example.

Stay tuned for more reflections from past riders and updates from the 21st Annual Michigander Bicycle Tour!
