It’s certainly been a busy past two days here on the Michigander! Monday morning found riders leaving the little town of Bellaire and heading to Gaylord. They were met about halfway along the ride with a festive and merry Christmas in July themed SAG stop complete with Christmas cookies and music. When they reached Gaylord, there was time to relax before the evening’s activities of Bingo and the Pavilion social at the Ostego County Fairgrounds.
Tonight riders are in Indian River where the annual Summer Fest is taking place. Tuesday evening events are the annual bicycle parade, the best pizza contest, the duck race, and a FREE ice cream social. Every rider should check it out! View the schedule of events here.
Today’s trail ride was on the North Central State Trail, and riders were greeted with some ghoulish delights at the Halloween SAG stop. There were tricks and treats for
everyone to enjoy!
The weather the past two days has been gorgeous, with posted highs well into the mid eighties and even reaching
ninety degrees yesterday and today. The sky is blue, and the breeze makes the heat a little more bearable.
